My process
I used to create art much like how I approached life- with a whole lot of planning driven by perfectionism. That all changed after a shocking cancer diagnosis which catapulted me into a new life. I embarked on a remarkable healing journey which in essence was really about fostering a relationship with my soul. I now approach my canvas without a destination and find my medicine along the way.
